Sixt at Miami airport is located in the car rental center. From the arrival terminal, take the elevator and go to the 3rd level following the signs for the MIA mover (train) that will bring you directly to the car rental center. The walkway on the 3rd floor will connect you to the train. Once at the car rental center, please proceed to the main hall where you won't miss our bright orange counters located straight in front of you.

Mandatory Documents and Important Information:

The following documents are required to collect the vehicle: •A printed version of your Rental Voucher. •Passport or Identification card •A valid credit card in the name of the main driver. A security deposit will be held for the duration of the rental. The exact will be determined upon your arrival at the rental desk. The minimum deposit is USD 700 - USD 2700 for all car groups. Exceptions: the minimum deposit for car groups X*** is USD 700 - USD 2700. •A valid (with no endorsements) driving licence. International driving licence is required for customers whose licence is not written in Roman alphabet (Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, and Cyrillic etc.). For driving licenses from countries not part of the international driving license treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license. •Age Restriction and Driving License: Drivers must be 25 years old and have held a valid driving license for a minimum of 12 months. The maximum driver's age is 99 years. •For car group FVAR, PVAR drivers must have category D1 driving license. EU citizens are allowed to drive vehicles from Mini to 8 seater vehicles. •Please Note: Customers renting in Atlanta Hartsfield Airport require proof of a return flight in order to rent a vehicle. An Underage Driver Surcharge of USD 23.99-35.99 per day (New York State USD 35.99-60.99 per day) or maximum of USD 398.99-588.89 per month (New York State maximum USD 598.49 -1.008.19 per month) applies for drivers under 25 years. You must be 21 years of age to rent Economy, Compact and Standard car groups (with the exception of Mustangs and SUVs). You must be 25 years of age to rent all other car groups.

Excess and Liability

•This is an exclusive product and does not include CDW (Collision Damage Waiver Insurance). CDW is a legal requirement when renting a car.

Please obtain proof from your credit card company if CDW is included on your credit card otherwise you are required to purchase CDW at the rental desk.

You may be held responsible for damage to or loss of tyres, windscreens, glass and undercarriage. Please check with the car rental agent on arrival.

•LOSS DAMAGE WAIVER: Loss Damage Waiver reduces the renter's responsibility to zero in the event of damage to or loss of the rental vehicle. The cost of LDW is $24.99 per day.

Fuel policy

Your vehicle will be supplied with a full tank of fuel. To avoid incurring fuel charges you will need to return it full. You may be required to leave a fuel deposit reserved on your credit card that will be released when you return the car full. Missing fuel will be charged on your return along with an administration fee. The price per litre charged by the rental agent may be significantly higher than the price at the local service station.

Cross Border Information

Please note that authorization must be obtained from the rental agent before cross state travel. If not obtained fines and penalities are applicable. Please contact the rental agent in advance in order to receive permission.

The Vehicle may not be used in Canada

•Vehicles rented in California can be driven to Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Washington.

•Vehicles rented in Connecticut can be driven to Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont.

Renters using the rental vehicle in violation of the applicable territorial restrictions will be charged a fee of USD 0.50 for each mile the vehicle has been driven during the rental.

If you have a reservation for a one-way rental to return the vehicle in a state other than the state of pick-up, the territorial restrictions described above do not apply. However, the Vehicle may only be used in the continental United States.
